The state's OUI Bill basically aligns the penalties of operating a boat while you’re under the influence (SB1080) the same as a car.

Given some of the concerns expressed by the opponents of the Bill, please contact the Transportation Committee members directly to relay your position on this legislation.

Your help and support to get this legislation passed is needed now. As part of the boating community, the life you save may be your own!
